Goal 1 :
To set high standards for teachers performance .
Expectation :
Teachers are expected to acquire and implement the most promoted techniques in the communicative approach. This is being done by providing a technology rich environment, and training them to use technology in order to improve instruction and students learning
Goal 2 :
To set and meet high expectations for academic
achievement for all students .
Expectation :
Students are expected to demonstrate mastery in Arabic as well as English reading fluency added to all other areas of study including Math , Science .For that purpose a set of standards , benchmarks and academic vocabulary are being set for each subject , for each grade by the curriculum committee

To educate all students .
Expectation :
The school provides a safe and disciplined environment that allows all students to participate in all the activities at all times Taking into consideration students different abilities .

To promote students centered classes .
Expectation :
Students are exposed to a class environment that is rich in resources, facilities and a variety of tools that allows them to develop knowledge and skills by hands on activities .

To expose all students to a world of technology .
Expectation :
Students are allowed to use a set of technology tools through a meaningful technology curriculum for all students starting from kindergarten.

Expectation :
The environment is safe, considerate for diversity where our students' population is being embraced .

To set and meet high standards for the performance of administrators leading to and evidenced by improved students learning .
Expectation :
The professional preparation and certification will reflect and widely in the definition of knowledge and competencies needed by the administrators to ensure that students will achieve high levels .
The evaluation and development practices will relate to educational goals for students and will lead them to success .
